

About Me:
Teerath Kumar is a humanitarian and development professional with a career that began in 2005. He has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality project management and implementation across a broad spectrum of thematic areas, including Cash Transfer Programming (CTP), Food Security and Livelihoods, Nutrition, WASH, Education, Age and Disability Inclusion, and the mainstreaming of Gender and Protection in emergency and development contexts. His work spans almost every major disaster type droughts, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, epidemics, and conflict-related crises.
Over the years, he has successfully led and managed diverse humanitarian and development initiatives funded by globally respected donors such as CRS, RAPID Fund, USAID-OFDA, ECHO, WaterAid, Concern Worldwide, CWS-P/A, ICCO Netherlands, PIDSA, CED-UK, Action Medeor Germany, CDP, WFP, IDRF, WHH Germany, UNDP, UNESCO, FCDO, GFFO, as well as various departments of the Government of Sindh and the Government of Pakistan.
Teerath’s core strengths include donor compliance, strategic leadership, program and project management, cash and voucher assistance, and the management of multi-million-dollar portfolios. He is equally proficient in budget oversight, training and capacity building, stakeholder coordination, effective communication, and conducting pre- and post-KAP surveys, PDMs, impact assessments, and program design.
A notable achievement in his career is pioneering the pilot testing of ADCAP in an emergency response project in Pakistan. His expertise has also been recognized internationally through presentations at prominent global conferences.
